Accomplishments / Awards/ Accolades

In a short span of six years, PEOPLEPLUS® has been widely recognized for its innovativeness and creativity, and has a host of other achievements to its credit. A few of the highlights of the company's performance:

  • Developed The PEOPLEPLUS® HR Excellence Model, widely acknowledged across the industry.
  • Hosted the HR Excellence Awards, whose winners included WNS, PROGEON, GE.
  • Handled entire set up of a local company for a US based group
  • Organized India Representative Services for global investment company, CDI
  • Reorganized the HR processes at Mahindra Water Utilities Limited; the company subsequently received a HR Excellence award
  • Created recruitment tools of Indian wing of MNC, Carat India; these were later adopted by the company at the global level as well
Additionally, Founder Director Alex Emmanuel is an accomplished HR professional with many individual achievements to his credit. Some of these are:
  • Created and developed important HR processes for a number of corporate organizations, many of which went on to win national recognition
  • Pioneered innovative and path-breaking agreements with staff and employee unions
  • Evolved new compensation practices that became industry benchmarks
  • Played a significant role as CQH (Corporate Quality Head) in developing TQM processes of different companies, many of whom later won awards
  • Won accolades for his role in the due diligence exercise of Air India, and post-merger integration of Hughes Telecom.
  • Made key contributions to enhancing employee satisfaction levels in an organization -- the company emerged as a service industry benchmark on levels of people satisfaction and motivation in a Gallup Survey.
  • Organized and led a massive large-scale recruitment drive of 7,000 people in two years
